Payment and delivery
Goods are delivered by couriers based in customers country. We can also arrange a personal handover in our Prague based store at following address: Cinestar Anděl, Radlická 3179/1E Anděl,150 00 Prague 5 - Smíchov., Czech Republic
Orders are packed and executed every working day. If you send order before noon, it will be shipped the same day and delivered within 2-3 working days. As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will be informed via SMS and e-mail. Same applies to courier handover.
Products labeled as preorder may be ordered before actual storage. Once in stock, you will be informed via e-mail. Goods will be shipped following day, unless we get feedback about change or cancellation. Be advised, estimated time of arrival may change. Final look of preordered product may slightly alter from original design.
