Oh no! T-shirt I ordered won't fit my muscular body. What do I do now?

You have 14 days period (since goods are delivered) to swap any products ordered via our websites. Product has to be returned in complete package, with no visible wear made by using or washing

  1. Use original package for returning product
  2. Enclose your printed invoice (we send it via e-mail)
  3. Don't forget to attach information about product you desire (check availability with our websites)
  4. Send the package to: Radlická 3179/1E, 150 00 Prague 5 - Smíchov

In a case, when the size you desire isn't (and won't be) available anytime soon. When nothing else from our range of products caught your eye, or goods you ordered doesn't fit your image, it's possible to demand return in 14 days period (since goods are delivered). How to proceed with returns?

If you happen to receive damaged goods, please proceed with "returns". After your complaint has been handled, we will compensate your order along with delivery costs.

14 days return period does not apply for any goods bought in our store in Prague (by czech law no. 89/2012 Sb.), exception being goods ordered via websites and personally collected in our store. We can settle on swap for another product based on individual enquiry.
